How many user licences are included?

There are no restrictions on the number of users you can have for your site/facility. You don’t need to worry about user licences. One subscription is all you need for your site.

Are all modules included?

Yes. You get access to all functionality. There’s a synergistic benefit to integrating the different systems, so we don’t restrict access.

Will there be more features in the future?

Yes, absolutely. We will be continually expanding all aspects of the service – and every time a new feature is added, it will be made available to all customers.

How long is the free trial?

The trial period is 30 days, and there is no commitment to purchase. We very much encourage you to trial the systems to see firsthand how your business can benefit.

Is the software easy to use?

Very much so. Ease of use and user experience are fundamental to the design philosophy. Our aim is for the software to be intuitive enough that there is no training required – and we’ve provided a user guide to ensure that everything is explained effectively.

What payment methods can be used for subscription?

You can pay by card or by direct debit, and you’ll be able to make updates to your payment preferences at any time.

What if my company has more than one site/facility?

One subscription applies to one site/facility. Just register each of your sites on their own subscriptions.
